Capability of heavy lifting (80+ lbs)

Job Description:

Duties include repair and replacement of residential garage doors and openers. The most important task of the position is customer education and service.
No experience necessary. Applicants only need general technical skills and must be highly motivated.

Customer Service/Dispatcher

Position:

We have an immediate new position opening for a Customer Service person who will also perform some basic clerical duties and dispatching. With Precision Door Service - Customer Service is an attitude - not a department. This person will be responsible for being the liason between our valued customers and our certified technicians.

Requirements:

Must have excellent communication skills with superior phone skills. Must work well with people and be able to implement a variety of responses to customer needs quickly and efficiently. Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment. MUST have at least 1 year experience in an inbound call center or booking nad dispatching service calls.

Job Description:

Answer customer phone calls to have their garage door serviced or repaired. Schedule technicians to jobs. Dispatch techncians to jobs. Communicate with technicians regarding customer needs. Must take detailed notes on each customer call and be able to relay that to the service technician accurately. Will monitor all incoming calls to provide accuracy in marketing areas.
