I saw your commercial and was impressed with your team's comments about their jobs. Colin was a very nice guy and gave me good advice as to how to performance regular maintenance on the doors. He came because one of the garage doors was banging on one of the turns when the door went up and down. He made some adjustments and the door works much better now!

First, I liked the fact that you offered 24 hour call service. I called after most company's business hours and actually spoke with a person - not a machine. Second, during the phone call they set up an appointment for first think the next day. Third, the service technician (Colin) was on time, reviewed the issue with my garage door, offered a few options, and started and finished the work within a little over an hour. I would use them again (if for only general maintenance) and to recommend using their service.

We thought we needed repair on our garage door but ended up with new opener and so happy we did. Our old one was the original when the house was built in 1994 and made so much noise, it sounded like it was going to fall down. The new one is almost silent!! The two young men were so knowledgeable and professional and worked quickly and cleaned up everything. We had a great time talking to them, as well. We found an ad in our little neighborhood phone book and got an appointment on the same day I called. I went online, read the reviews and made me decide to use this company. I give these two young men a score of 10+!! Thank you for the great job guys, we love the new opener!!

I reached out to Precision because it's veteran owned. Our garage door spring broke the night before. I found the culprit Saturday morning when I couldn't get out of my garage. I was worried because it was a Saturday, not knowing if we needed to wait until Monday. There was a Saturday opening. Mario showed up and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable . After several years the opener failed on Sunday. Called Precision at 6:46am on Monday and received a time slot of 12 to 4 same day. Colin installed a new belt drive, Genie opener and helped us connect our vehicles all in less than two hours. Excellent timing, answered all our questions and did a super job. If the problem is a garage door just call Precision. Problem solved!

I got an appointment less than 1 day after requesting. Technician was on time. Immediately diagnosed problem and had all necessary supplies. Was able to install new opener and fix the door (25+ years old… so it was time) immediately. Professional, knowledgeable, provided several options for me. New opener works great thus far. The installers were friendly and professional. They did the job quickly and efficiently. Their office told us that they would be at our home between 8:00am and 11:00am but the installers were told to show up between 1:00pm 4:00pm. So to us they were 4 hours late but to them they were on time.

Mario called to confirm his arrival time and from then on it was amazing. At first Mario told me he couldn't touch my door because it wasn't installed professionally the first time but after a short consultation we decided the best route for me. I chose your company based on the reviews I read. It pretty much was a "shot in the dark" decision as I wanted a company that services the Whitewater area, which isn't exactly overrun with garage door specialists and none with your companies experience and positive reviews. Matthew Berends was excellent, obviously has a lot of experience and very personable. As they say, "this wasn't his first rodeo"! The job went much faster than expected, the site was cleaned up before he left, and the details of the function of the remotes, the remote key pad, safeties and an explanation of programming the remote function in one of my cars were informative. If I still owned my engineering company he's the type of employee I'd hire! Great job.

Great communication. Great assessment of the situation and options but without high pressure. Only explanations of the conditions and options. The necessary parts were on the truck (springs, new shaft, new drums, new rollers) and they were done in in about an hour. The door works great!
