I just wanted a overhaul of my noisy garage door operation, so I called Precision. Booking online was easy with fast and convenient times available. Next day service was prompt and efficient. The tech knew what he was doing and provided all the new parts from his truck. The door operation is much improved and very quiet.

Called the office around noon and got a call back 15 minutes later. Colin was here around 1:30 and 30 minutes later door was fixed. Colin explained everything he did, door operates quietly now and everything was cleaned up after. I will highly recommend your company to anyone who is looking for help with their garage door.

About six years ago, we used Precision to repair a broken spring, and they were excellent. My experience today was no different. Some parts (rollers) of my garage door were beginning to show signs of wear and age. Precision was available within 24-hours to come out and service my door. The technicians were prompt, courteous, clean, and very forthcoming about costs. Three plans were offered to address my needs, from the lowest-cost bare-bones fix to a mid-grade plan and a premium service plan. There was no high-pressure sales pitch or scare tactics. Simple explanations, and the decision was all mine from there. Highly recommend this company.

The appointment was set up by my daughter as I was out of town, my usual garage door repair was unable to provide service for more than a week so she checked around and found you. I was e mailed a service window for 2 days later and was contacted by Mario to finalize the actual time. He was on time called to let me know he looed at the issue and provided 2 quotes for the job we choose the more expensive route with a 7 year warrantee. Mario called when the job was complete, he was very professional and personable and very enjoyable to talk to. Highly recommend and you will be my go to guys going forward. There is nothing worse than needing to get to work and the garage door does not open on one of the coldest days of the year. I contacted Precision that day because they were one of 3 coupons I had saved from a summertime mailing. When I called , the receptionist was very polite and handled the call professionally and efficiently and scheduled the repair for the late afternoon. She sent me email and text confirmations and the technician, Mario also called and texted with confirmation of the appt and included his photo so I knew exactly who to expect. He arrived on time and explained the problem and was very polite, friendly and clear when explaining my options for solving the problem. He completed the job in the time he projected . I would contact Precision if I need help in the future

Could not be happier with this company. They were here quickly and gave us options to choose from and explained the differences between the options. The installer was courteous and went about his business and had the job done within 90 minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for garage related services ! We had a new garage door opener replaced and the rollers on the garage door were replaced as well. The system works so well that the dogs don't even hear us coming - it is that quiet.
